Nourishing Children in Catoosa, Faithworks, CARES disaster response, and ongoing partnership in Momance, Haiti and Leon, Nicaragua.
Below are the ways you can serve the community and the world through RUMC.
Nourishing Children in Catoosa provides weekend snack sacks to Catoosa County students at risk of food insecurity — 1,600 every week. You can help source food items, pack them into sacks and bins, and deliver them each Monday during the school year.
Faithworks meets the needs of individuals and other non-profits, with a monthly project or partnership. CARES covers both local community response — fixing a mailbox, building a ramp, clearing fallen trees — and early emergency response after disasters.
Our Haiti mission supports the Les Pionneres de Momance School and a medical and dental clinic in Momance.
Benevolence supports Catoosa County residents needing temporary assistance with rent or utilities. Requests can be made through the church office.
